This historic renovation consisted of converting the 1920’s Army-Navy YMCA building in downtown San Diego into a high-end 162-room, seven-floor Marriott Tribute Portfolio Hotel. The 92,500 SF hotel project features a lobby bar, outdoor restaurant, outdoor gardens, a private penthouse with a rooftop deck and a beautiful grand ballroom that was once the gymnasium.
