Dan Dalry has more than 35 years of experience leading the pre-construction, estimating, and cost modeling on numerous projects throughout California. His portfolio includes numerous luxury projects, such as Four Seasons Palo Alto, Ritz Carlton in Rancho Mirage and the Biltmore in Santa Barbara. This Cal Poly San Luis Obispo graduate is adept at building strong professional relationships with owners, clients, engineers, designers, and trade contractors in order to facilitate a professional and open process as well as to deliver a quality product.

Dan and his wife of 22 years, DeAnn, enjoy the beach, weekend walks at the local State park, skiing, and travel with their daughter Olivia. Dan also enjoys golfing on vacations and weekends.
