The software company Citrix relocated its headquarters to downtown Raleigh. A former steel warehouse was converted into a four-story office building with a new six-story parking garage. The new facility was outfitted with the latest technology including a rooftop garden, yoga studio, and indoor/outdoor dining area, while retaining its original industrial urban style. The project helped to stimulate the stagnant district.
