This 212,000 SF expansion to the existing four-star Waterfront Beach Resort along the coast provided 152 suite rooms in a new nine-story tower. The project also included adding 20,000 SF of meeting and ballroom space, a restaurant, a rooftop ocean view bar, a pool deck and event lawn.
