The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe contract awarded, a historic renovation in the heart of Rancho Santa Fe to existing long-term residences, oversized hotel rooms, and public areas & amenities
Citrix Raleigh contract awarded – this is the first time davisREED followed a client across the nation to build them an award-winning project in North Carolina

Marina del Rey Hotel contract awarded which included the demolition and rebuilding of a 120,000 SF hotel
