davisREED was hired to design and construct these two, side-by-side, seven-story, reinforced cast-in-place concrete, hotel buildings. The buildings included 156 timeshare units, an elevated pool deck and a two-level underground parking garage with 221 spaces. The living units each included a kitchen, a storage closet, and a private bathroom.
