This 180,000 SF shell medical office building was built with a steel frame with a masonry and curtain-wall exterior. Interior improvements include 30 doctors’ suites, examination rooms, image centers, small labs and related site improvements. In addition, a 17-tenant medical interior build-out including pharmacy and laboratory were added in the project’s second phase.
