Originally built in 1953, davisREED worked as the general contractor on this multi-million-dollar renovation and repositioning of the 675-room Town and Country Resort in San Diego. The new construction consists of a new state-of-the art lobby and entrance along with a new restaurant and market. The conference rooms, Regency Tower, and other guest rooms were also modernized on the inside and out.
