Urban Discovery Academy is a new 36,000 SF charter school located at 14th and F streets in the East Village, within the jurisdiction of San Diego Unified School District. This design-build K-8 school project, part of a $10.5 million public bond, is a hybrid of renovating an existing historic building and adding onto it with new construction.
