davisREED was the general contractor during the $22 million renovation and expansion of the 76,000 SF Jamaica Bay Inn that transformed the Marina Del Rey property into a Caribbean-themed resort located on Mother’s Beach in the marina. The new hotel has a colorful porte-cochere that acts as a street-side landmark for the property, as well as a new lobby with a large stone fireplace and chimney.
