This $16 million project involved the demolition and rebuilding of a 120,000 SF, 162-room hotel. Construction included a restaurant, bar, kitchens, a fitness center, a business center, pool and a conference center. Each room included balconies and the site consisted of re-paved asphalt and concrete throughout the entire 6.25 acre site, which projects into the marina with a man-made sea-wall on three sides of the property.
